What's included in the hourly rate?

Workstations, conference rooms, kitchenettes and breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas: dusting, baseboards, glass and door spot-cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture, mopping hard floors, and restroom disinfection. Restroom supplies are restocked from what you provide.

Can you clean after hours?

Yes — most clients book evenings or weekends so staff walk into a fresh space each morning. We schedule around your operating hours.

Do you provide proof of insurance?

Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, follow ISSA-standard protocols, and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request for property managers or building requirements.
