Our team visits weekly or bi-weekly with all supplies (one-time-use rags and sponges every job) and follows ISSA standards across every surface — kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and floors. Same team each visit, vetted and background-checked. Most Seattle and Eastside homes between 1,500–2,500 sq ft are completed in 2–4 hours. Standard cleaning is designed for homes we've already brought to baseline — new clients start with an initial deep clean, then switch to the recurring standard rate.
