Everything within the agreed scope is included in the hourly rate: window sills and tracks, doors and baseboards, deep cleaning of all surfaces, cabinet exteriors and interiors, inside-appliance cleaning (oven, fridge, microwave), light switch / outlet plates, and floors. We charge $75 per cleaner per hour with a $200 minimum, and agree the scope with you before the team starts.

Move-in/move-out cleaning is a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of an empty (or near-empty) home: dusting and cobweb removal, vacuuming under accessible furniture, doors and trim, light switches and doorknobs, the full kitchen (cabinet exteriors, stovetop, microwave inside and out, oven and fridge exteriors, vent hood), and every bathroom surface — fixtures polished and hard-water stains removed. Charged hourly at $75 per cleaner per hour — every task within the agreed scope is included in the rate, from interior oven and fridge to cabinet interiors, with an estimated hour range given up front. $200 minimum job total.
