How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

Post-construction cleaning is charged hourly at $75 per hour per cleaner. Every task within the agreed scope is included in that rate — there is no separate add-ons list. We give you an estimated hour range up front based on the size and condition of the space. $200 minimum job total.

What's included in the hourly rate?

Everything in scope: removing construction dust from ceilings, floors, baseboards, window tracks, and cabinet interiors; multi-pass wet cleaning to capture settled dust; glass, mirrors, light fixtures, and ventilation grilles; and a full kitchen and bathroom detail with grout haze and silicone residue removed. We use HEPA vacuums and microfiber traps throughout.

Post-construction jobs vary enormously by dust load and finish — drywall sanding leaves far more residue than a small remodel. Hourly billing per cleaner keeps it fair: you pay for the time the space actually needs, not a padded flat quote.
