Yes. Ballard is in our regular service area, and we cover all of NW Seattle from there — Phinney Ridge, Magnolia, Fremont, and Green Lake. Same-week availability is typical. Parking permits aren't an issue — we manage that ourselves.

Yes — Mercer Island is one of our primary service areas. No travel surcharge for the bridge. We cover the entire island, including North End, South End, East Seattle and Mercerwood. Many Mercer Island clients book weekly recurring service for large lakefront homes.

West Seattle is within our 30-mile coverage circle, so same-week booking is typical and most quote requests get a response within an hour during business hours (Mon–Sat 8 AM – 5 PM). We serve Alki, Delridge, and the full peninsula.

No. Anywhere within our 30-mile radius is flat-rate — no travel surcharge for the I-90 bridge to Mercer Island, the 520 to Eastside, or shuttle travel within Seattle proper. Pricing is based on the work, not the drive.

Most recurring clients begin within 7–10 days of their initial quote. We typically run a one-time deep clean first to set a clean baseline, then start a weekly, bi-weekly, or every-4-weeks schedule with the same team every visit.

Sometimes — Renton, Newcastle, Burien, and parts of Shoreline are right at the edge of the 30-mile circle and we do regularly service them. For anything farther out (Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn), give us a call and we'll let you know if we can fit you in or refer you to a partner.
