Couches in Seattle

What we actually pull out of a Seattle couch.

Most Seattle jobs we quote are in apartments, condos and older homes where the couch is the biggest piece of furniture in the room — and often the only one that never gets properly cleaned. Our equipment is portable, so a fourth-floor walk-up in Fremont or a South Lake Union high-rise is no different to us than a house with a driveway: everything comes in through the front door, and nothing has to be carried out to a van. Rain-season grit tracked in from nine wet months a year is the single most common thing we extract here.

Pricing

What couch cleaning costs in Seattle.

Priced per piece by size — a flat, fixed number agreed before we start, never by the hour. Final quote depends on fabric and condition (pet hair, stains, odor). A $180 order minimum applies per visit, so most clients add a mattress, rug or armchair to the same trip.

SizeFrom
Loveseat (2-seat)$130
Standard sofa (3-seat)$165
Sectional (4–5 seats)$215
Large sectional (6+ seats)$300
Extra-large sectional (8+ / U-shape)$400

Leather sofas, mattresses, area rugs and chairs are priced separately — see full sofa cleaning service details or the whole upholstery range.

Want the full service breakdown — what is included, fabric types, add-ons and the 24-hour guarantee? It is all on the sofa & couch cleaning service page. Need a mattress, area rug, leather piece or car interior cleaned in the same visit? See all upholstery services.

08FAQ

Couch cleaning in Seattle — common questions.

Real questions from real bookings. If yours isn't here, call us at (253) 420-7879 — we answer within a few minutes.

  • A loveseat starts at $130, a standard 3-seat sofa at $165, a 4–5 seat sectional at $215, a large 6+ seat sectional at $300, and an extra-large U-shape sectional at $400. Every quote is a flat, fixed price per piece agreed before we start — never hourly. There is a $180 order minimum per visit, so a single small piece is usually combined with a mattress, rug or armchair. Take the quiz on this page for an instant estimate.

  • Yes. Our extractor is portable and runs off a normal outlet, so we work in walk-ups, high-rises and buildings without a loading dock. We clean the couch where it stands — nothing gets carried out of the building. Just let us know the floor and whether there is an elevator so we can plan the visit.

  • Most pieces are dry to the touch in 4–6 hours. Seattle humidity can stretch that on a wet winter day — cracking a window or running the heat speeds it up. You can usually sit on the couch the same evening.

  • Both. Odor is treated with an enzymatic pre-treatment that breaks down the proteins causing the smell, rather than covering it with fragrance. Pet hair and dander come out with the extraction. Severe or long-set odor is quoted separately after we see the piece.
